Orders tracking

JAllInOneWeb allows to define sale documents (orders, contracts, offers, retail sale, pos); starting from these documents, invoices/credit notes can be created and/or out delivery notes can be created; it is possible to group more orders into the same out delivery note or distribute a sale order to more than one out delivery notes.

As for sale documents, JAllInOneWeb allows to define purchase orders and starting from these orders, invoices/debiting notes can be created and/or in delivery notes can be created; it is possible to group more purchase orders into the same in delivery note or distribute an order to more than one in delivery notes.

All thse documents are linked each other: parent links are visibile in the header of each document.

JAllInOneWeb also provide an "orders tracking" functionality that simplify the navigation among all these documents.

By means of this window, a user can filter the type of starting document, year, document state, document date, customer/supplier involved and show the list of documents that match the filtering conditions.

Starting from this list of documents, the user can navigate through nested grids among the "children" documents: delivery notes, invoices.

Moreover, documents can be views simply by double clicking in the row related to the desired document.
